On Saturday 26 August, the Vuelta a Espana 2023 starts in Barcelona - the last Grand Tour of the year. It is the 78th edition of the Tour of Spain. On the 21 stages, the top riders from the 22 teams will battle it out for the red jersey to be able to ride into Madrid as the overall winner at the end. We provide an overview of where the Vuelta can be seen on TV and live streamed today.
Unlike the Tour de France, the Tour of Spain will not be broadcast by ARD. Instead, Eurosport will once again be broadcasting all stages on linear television. Those who are travelling during a stage but still want to follow the Vuelta live can use the paid streaming providers Discovery+ and GCN+. Thanks to a co-operation between Eurosport and DAZN, streaming is also possible via this platform.
The Vuelta starts on 26 August in Barcelona and ends on 17 September in the Spanish capital Madrid. The 21 stages cover a total distance of more than 3000 kilometres. There are 22 teams with 8 drivers each who will be trying to get their hands on the red jersey. In addition to stars such as Jonas Vingegaard and Primoz Roglic (both Jumbo-Visma), there will be others Favourites for the overall victory. Who will win the Vuelta a Espana 2023?
If you don't have time to watch an entire stage, you can also follow the race in the live ticker. We at TOUR are following the Tour of Spain in our Vuelta live ticker and report on the most important events during the race.
