The city of Münster, the four districts of Münsterland and the regional savings banks are extending their commitment to the Sparkassen Münsterland Giro until 2030. The 20th edition on 3 October 2026 will start for the first time in Borken and run over 205 kilometres through the districts of Borken and Coesfeld to Münster. With 65 undulating kilometres, the Baumberge is the most challenging section of the route. A new record number of participants is set for the LeezenCup.
