Kickr Core 2 with WiFi and easier installation

The Kickr Core 2 is receiving its first update in seven years and comes with several new functions. The newly added WiFi connectivity should ensure a more stable connection to smartphones, tablets and other electronic devices and enable faster data transfer than with Bluetooth and ANT+. The revised leg design with a flatter contour is intended to ensure a faster and more stable setup and has an integrated installation guide. The new Kickr Race mode ensures an almost immediate response to power inputs. Another new feature is the Bridge function, which allows data from heart rate monitors to be transferred directly to apps via the trainer. This turns the Core 2 into a central sensor gateway and is designed to simplify set-up. Multi-coloured LEDs indicate the status of connectivity, ride readiness and diagnostics. The Core 2 is offered with various shifting options, either with Zwift Cog & Click or an 11-speed cassette as standard. It will also be available with Zwift Ride.
