Van Rysel presents her new Autumn-Winter-Collection, which is designed to accompany cyclists through the cold season. The collection is divided into two product lines: Race for performance-orientated riders and Endurance for comfortable riding on long distances. According to the manufacturer, bold colours are intended to chase away the winter blues, while technical materials ensure better performance in low temperatures. The Race range includes the RCR LS Jersey for 10 to 15°C and the RCR Extreme Bib Tight for winter conditions from -5 to 5°C. The Endurance line offers the LS Jersey Endurance Shield for transitional periods and the EDR Jacket as a winter jacket with fleece lining. Prices range from 45 to 80 euros.
The RCR LS Jersey is aimed at riders who prefer a close-fitting long-sleeved jersey. The brushed fleece lining is designed to provide pleasant warmth on cool mornings. The temperature range is between 10 and 15 °C and the fit is described as Pro Fit. The jersey is not waterproof and is available in seven different colours. Price: 60 euros >> available at Decathlon.
The RCR Extreme Bib Tight for men was developed for riders who are also out and about in winter conditions. The Super Roubaix™ fabric combined with a water-repellent, windproof membrane promises warmth and weather protection. The range of use extends from -5 to 5 °C, while the Elastic Interface® seat pad is designed to ensure comfort. The bib shorts cost 79.99 euros and are available e.g. already available here.
The LS Jersey Endurance Shield is positioned between a short-sleeved jersey and a winter jacket. It should protect you from the cold but remain breathable and easy to move in. The ideal temperature range is 8 to 15 °C, without overheating on climbs. The jersey has an Adjust Fit for women, is not waterproof and is available in one colour.
The EDR Jacket combines weather protection with a warm fleece lining as a companion on cold days. The windproof material keeps out the cold, while the extended back is designed to protect shorts or tights from splashing water. The ideal temperature range is 1 to 8 °C. The jacket has ten pockets, achieves a waterproof rating of 3/5 and is available in four colours. The price is 80 euros, the LS Jersey Endurance Shield costs 45 euros.
