Scott Roxter 20 silver

The "Roxter 20 silver" model from Scott, released in 2024, is a high-quality junior bike designed specifically for young riders. The frame is made from Roxter 20 PLUS Junior, a robust aluminium alloy (Alloy 6061) with a semi-integrated head tube and SCOTT dropouts, ensuring high stability and durability. The maximum rider weight is 50 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 10 kg, making it easy to handle.

Safety and control are ensured by mechanical disc brakes (Tektro SCM-02) at both the front and rear, each with 160 mm rotors. The brake levers (Tektro JL-510 TS/RS) are ergonomically designed to be easily accessible even for smaller hands. The gear system consists of a Shimano RD-TX800 Tourney 8-speed derailleur, operated by a Shimano SL-RS45-8R Revo shifter, which allows for easy and precise gear selection.

The rigid aluminium fork (AL-6061 rigid fork) helps to reduce weight and ensures a direct riding feel. The Prowheel crankset, featuring 127 mm-long cranks and a 36-tooth chainring, is combined with a Feimin bottom bracket based on a square taper. The SunRace cassette offers a range of 11–34T, allowing for versatile use.

The aluminium Junior flat-bar handlebars, 560 mm wide and fitted with Syncros Youth grips, provide additional comfort and control. The stem (LEADTEC LCS-7130) is 50 mm long and has a 25.4 mm clamp. The headset (Feimin FP-H807) is semi-integrated and has a diameter of 1 1/8".

Shining MP-32 Disc rims are fitted to both the front and rear wheels and feature black 15G spokes. The tyres (Kenda K1080 SlantSix) measure 20x2.6" and have a TPI of 30, ensuring good grip and comfort. The hubs (Formula DC-19-F at the front and DC-25-8-R at the rear) are fitted with quick-release skewers, making it easy to change wheels.

The Syncros Youth saddle is mounted on a 250 mm long and 26.8 mm thick aluminium seatpost, which ensures stability. A kickstand is also included for convenient parking.

The “Roxter 20 silver” is priced at 459 EUR and comes in packaging measuring 21 mm wide, 63 mm high and 112 mm long. The gross weight of the packaging is 14060 g.
