Can a discounter pump score points? We tested a mini pump from Lidl.

The well-made mini bicycle air pump from discounter Lidl is suitable for Sclaverand, Schrader and Blitz valves, weighs just 132 grams including the frame holder and measures a slim 22 x 180 millimetres when closed.

Thanks to the integrated and flexible hose with screw valve, the black mini pump can be used flexibly. There is hardly any air leakage when pumping, and in practice we managed a pressure of around five bar, which is also sufficient for 23 millimetre wide tyres to continue riding after a puncture. The bracket included in the scope of delivery for mounting on the bottle cage threads is practical. The price of 7.99 euros is unbeatably favourable >> available here.
