On the first stage, places 1 to 31 crossed the finish line in the same time. Thanks to time bonuses, the overall classification (see also list below) looked a little different. Lorens Wiebes (Team SD Worx) won the first stage with a time of 3:19:08. Second place went to Elisa Balsamo (Lidl - Trek), followed by Cecilie Uttrup Ludwig (FDJ-Suez).
Liane Lippert from Movistar Team Women finished 24th among the German starters. Ricarda Bauernfeind (Canyon//SRAM Racing) finished in 27th place. Franziska Koch (Team dsm-firmenich) finished 56th and Hannah Ludwig (Uno-X Pro Cycling Team) 66th.
The second day of the Tour of Scandinavia started north-west of Oslo, in Vikersund on the Tyrifjorden. From there, the riders set off over 157.7 kilometres to Norefjell, which lies further to the north-east. There were easy hills on the route - and a tough climb just before the finish of the stage.
Cecile Uttrup Ludwig won the second stage. In the end, it was a duel between her and Annemiek Van Vleuten. Kim Cadzow crossed the finish line two seconds later. The German Liane Lippert secured 5th place, Ricarda Bauernfeind came 16th, Hannah Ludwig 38th and Franziska Koch finished in 84th place.
