The official Tour de France Femmes website recorded 12.4 million visits from 4.8 million unique visitors during the race. This meant that its reach was 48 per cent higher than the average for the past four years.
The number of page views also rose significantly. A total of 41.2 million page views were recorded, nine per cent more than in the previous year. The digital Race Centre was particularly popular, attracting 6.4 million page views – an increase of 28 per cent compared with 2025.
Videos and social media once again played a key role. A total of 241 million video views were recorded on the official platforms and social media networks. This represents a twelve per cent increase compared with 2025.
The official social media channels reached a total of 3.6 million followers, twelve per cent more than in the previous year. More than 2,000 posts were also published during the tour. Together, this content generated 10.5 million interactions, including likes, comments and shares. Compared with 2025, this represents an increase of 48 per cent.
Among the most successful pieces of content were several short videos featuring the racing action and the riders’ lives. Individual posts attracted between 12.5 and 24.6 million views. A video featuring Pauline and Marion racked up 16.5 million views.
The Tour also achieved new record figures on French television. France Télévisions broadcast more than 28 hours of live coverage. A total of 23.2 million people in France watched at least one minute of the live coverage. That was five per cent more than the average for the past two years.
On average, 2.6 million viewers watched the broadcasts. This figure was 20 per cent higher than in the same period last year. The seventh stage, from La Voulte-sur-Rhône to Mont Ventoux, was particularly successful. It attracted 5.1 million viewers on France 2.
France 2 was consistently the leading television channel in France during the afternoon live broadcasts. Its average market share stood at 32.9 per cent. This represents an increase of 7.1 percentage points compared with the average over the past two years.
The tour also attracted a great deal of interest in the Netherlands. Around four million Dutch viewers – roughly 24 per cent of the population – watched the race. This high level of interest was further boosted by five Dutch stage wins and Demi Vollering’s overall victory.
Internationally, the Tour de France Femmes was broadcast in 190 countries. In Europe, the broadcasts attracted more than 100 million viewer hours. The organisers see this as further evidence of the growing international significance of women’s cycling.
As well as the website, television and social media, other digital offerings also attracted interest. The Race Centre recorded two million visits. A total of 38,000 participants registered for the Fantasy by Tissot fantasy game.
The figures show that the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift is no longer viewed exclusively via traditional TV broadcasts. Live data, videos, social media and interactive features enhance the racing experience and attract new audiences.
With viewership figures rising across all major channels, the race is establishing itself as one of the most significant media events in international women’s cycling. It is particularly noteworthy that both digital engagement and traditional TV viewing figures have increased.
