Brandon McNulty (UAE Team Emirates - XRG) has ended Victor Langellotti's (INEOS Grenadiers) Monegasque fairytale and won the Tour of Poland 2025. The American delivered by far the best time trial and secured his first two wins of the season.

McNulty completed the 12.5 kilometres around Wieliczka in 14:31 minutes, which corresponds to an average of more than 51.6 km/h. This was twelve seconds faster than Lorenzo Milesi (Movistar Team). This was twelve seconds faster than Lorenzo Milesi (Movistar Team). It had been more than 20 seconds when the split time was measured. In order not to take any risks, the 27-year-old took his foot off the gas in the second part of the course. Nevertheless, it was still enough for the overall victory. As expected, Langellotti was unable to keep up with the strongest time triallists, finishing 46 seconds behind and even slipping off the podium.

Three times UAE in the top 10

Second overall was Antonio Tiberi (Bahrain - Victorious) ahead of another Italian, Matteo Sobrero. The professional from Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe had secretly crept to the front of the classification after his actual captains Maxim Van Gils and Finn Fisher-Black did not finish the race.

For McNulty, his career victories number 17 and 18 are among the greatest successes of his career. Although the man from Phoenix also has stage wins at the Giro d`Italia and the Vuelta a Espana to his name, he has yet to win a stage race at WorldTour level.

Ben Turner (INEOS Grenadiers) won the points classification, Timo Kielich (Alpecin-Deceuninck) had already secured the mountain jersey the day before. The best team was UAE Team Emirates - XRG, which, in addition to winner McNulty, also placed Jan Christen in fourth and local hero Rafal Majka in eighth in the top 10.

The first man of the 115 remaining pros on the start ramp of the final time trial was Fernando Gaviria (Movistar Team), who completed his course without any recognisable ambitions. The first good time was set by Max Walker (EF Education EasyPost), which was enough for twelfth place in the end. His time on the clock was 15:02 minutes. He was followed by Huub Artz (Intermarché - Wanty), who pushed the time under 15 minutes for the first time. Then came Ben Turner (INEOS Grenadiers), who even managed to leave Stefan Küng (Groupama - FDJ) behind with his new best time.

Turner was only edged out again by Milesi, who shaved another seven seconds off his time of 14:50. Ultimately, however, all of the favourites were on a similar level - apart from McNulty, who was one step above the rest of the field, was the only one to average 51 and thus secured the stage and the stage race as confidently as he deserved.
