The stage race in eastern Poland receives a new status. The upgrade to the UCI ProSeries will bring stronger competition and more international attention. The organisers are expecting teams from the highest category of women's cycling.
The opening stage on 24 July measures 142 kilometres. The start is in Tomaszów Lubelski, the finish is in Zamość. The route has an undulating profile with several short climbs. Two LOTTO intermediate sprint classifications are placed in Krasnobród and Szczebrzeszyn.
A flat stage over 118 kilometres from Włodawa to Lubartów follows on 25 July. The route favours sprinters who specialise in bunch sprint finishes. A LOTTO sprint in Ludwin offers bonus seconds before the finish.
The final stage on 26 July covers 101 kilometres from Janowiec to Lublin. The course is characterised by several climbs and the finish in the capital of the voivodeship is slightly uphill. The peloton passes Puławy, where the only sprint classification of the stage awaits. The combination of climbs and the ascending finale could open up opportunities for classement riders to take the overall victory.
TVP Sport, Eurosport and HBO Max show the races live and in replays. The upgrade to the ProSeries attracts seven UCI Women's WorldTeams. The route chosen by the Lublin Voivodeship combines sporting challenges with the presentation of the region.
Tour de Pologne Women 24 to 26 July 2026
The Italian Chiara Consonni (Canyon//SRAM zondacrypto) was crowned overall winner after a dominant performance. Due to overlapping dates in the busy August calendar (such as the Tour de France Femmes taking place at the same time), many top teams did not send their stars to Poland.
