After winning the title at the 2024 World Cycling Championships in Zurich, Tadej Pogacar is now riding in the rainbow jersey. The Slovenian has now presented the jersey to the public for the first time.

On Instagram UAE Team Emirates, Tadej Pogacar and clothing manufacturer Pissei published several videos showing the new road world champion in his new workwear. For Pogacar, the traditional rainbow chest ring is more of a belly ring. This is because the team sponsors' logos are emblazoned across the Slovenian's chest.

Cycling fans will find out what the final kit looks like on Saturday. Then the new road world champion will be in action for the first time in his rainbow kit at the Giro dell'Emilia, a one-day race in Italy around Bologna. There, Pogacar will face Remco Evenepoel (Soudal - Quick Step), among others.
