Remco Evenepoel kam beim Giro d'Italia zu Fall
Professional cyclist Remco Evenepoel crashed on the fifth stage of the 106th Giro d'Italia because of a dog on the road.

The Belgian fell to the ground on a rain-soaked road at the start of the 171-kilometre route between Atripalda and Salerno on Wednesday, remained uninjured and was able to continue the race after a brief stop at the side of the road. The young star and world champion then gave a thumbs-up to the television cameras to show that he could continue.
After his success in the opening time trial, the favourite for overall victory successfully defended his overall lead until Tuesday. After the fourth stage, however, the Norwegian Andreas Leknessund replaced him and took over the pink jersey.
