Helmet test TOUR 12/2017 - Still spare parts for Specialized S-Works bike helmet

Although the Specialized S-Works bike helmet we tested is already seven years old, spare parts are still available. The manufacturer Specialized has informed us of this. In the table in the article, we had mistakenly stated that spare parts were no longer available. This is the second piece of good news. The first was already mentioned in the text: although the helmet was seven years old, it passed the crash test with flying colours. The measured values of the Specialized S-Works hardly differed from the new condition - the helmet still offered the best protection.
