Inexpensive, very light, well made: These are the attributes of the new "S-Force Road" cycle helmet from Abus. In figures: 271 grams for 60 euros. Top helmets are hardly any lighter, often less well made and quickly three times as expensive. The Abus helmet impresses with good ventilation and a good fit on different head shapes. The helmet, which is available in two sizes, is only criticised for the two protruding adjustment levers, which bump against the high collar of a rain or winter jacket when in a road bike position. In addition, the front padding is a little thin, so that pressure points can form on the forehead.
