The 2022 "Madone SLR 7 Gen 6" model from Trek is a state-of-the-art road bike renowned for its advanced technology and performance. Priced at 10,099 EUR, this bike features a wide range of high-quality components and technical innovations.

The Madone SLR 7’s frame is made from 800 Series OCLV Carbon and utilises the KVF (Kammtail Virtual Foil) tube profile, which offers aerodynamic advantages. In addition, the frame features an adjustable IsoSpeed on the top tube, which provides customisable compliance, as well as hidden cable routing that keeps the appearance clean and tidy. Further features include the aerodynamic 3S chain guide, a T47 bottom bracket, DuoTrap S compatibility and a flat-mount disc brake mount. The rear thru-axle measures 142 x 12 mm.

The bike’s maximum load capacity is 125 kg, whilst its weight is around 8 kg, making it a lightweight yet robust road bike.

The brakes are Shimano Ultegra hydraulic disc brakes with Shimano MT800 disc mounts, each measuring 160 mm, fitted to both the front and rear. The handlebars are the Trek Madone model, adjustable and aerodynamically designed, made from OCLV carbon with concealed cable routing. It has a reach of 93 mm, a drop of 123 mm and a width of 38 cm. The stem is also aerodynamic and features concealed cable routing, with a length of 90 mm and an angle of 7 degrees.

The tyres are Bontrager R3 in size 700 x 25, whilst the wheelset consists of Bontrager Aeolus Pro 51 rims, which are tubeless-ready and use thru-axles at both the front and rear (100 x 12 mm at the front and 142 x 12 mm at the rear).

The saddle is a Bontrager Aeolus P2 Elite, 155 mm wide, mounted on a Madone seatpost, which is also aerodynamically designed and features an internal carbon seatpost collar and an integrated rear light mount.
