Trek Madone SL 6 Di2

The "Madone SL 6 Di2" model from the Trek brand from 2023 is an advanced road bike designed for ambitious riders. The price for this model is EUR 5999. The frame is made from 500 Series OCLV Carbon and utilises the KVF (Kammtail Virtual Foil) tube profile for improved aerodynamics. The adjustable IsoSpeed on the top tube provides additional comfort, while the invisible cable routing and aerodynamic 3S chain guide round off the design. The T47 bottom bracket and the flat mount disc brake mount contribute to the stability and efficiency of the bike. The bike is DuoTrap S-compatible and has a 142 x 12 mm thru-axle. It has a permissible total weight of 125 kg and weighs just 8 kg itself.

The Shimano 105 hydraulic disc brakes (RT70, centre lock, 160 mm) provide reliable braking power both front and rear. The shift levers are Shimano 105 R7170, 12-speed, as is the front derailleur Shimano 105 R7150 Di2 in braze-on version and down-swing design. The fork is made entirely of Madone KVF carbon with tapered carbon steerer, invisible cable routing and flat mount disc. It has carbon dropouts and a 12x100 mm thru-axle.

The crankset is a Shimano 105 R7100 with 50/34 teeth and a crank arm length of 175 mm. The sprocket is a Shimano 105 7100, 11-34 t., 12-speed, and the drivetrain is a Shimano SLX M7100, also 12-speed. The handlebar is a Bontrager Elite Aero VR-CF made of aluminium with a width of 44 cm, a reach of 93 mm and a drop of 123 mm. The stem is a Bontrager Pro, Blendr-compatible, with a diameter of 31.8 mm, an angle of 7 degrees and a length of 110 mm.

The wheelset consists of Bontrager Aeolus Elite 50 OCLV Carbon, tubeless ready, with a profile height of 50 mm and a Shimano 11-speed freehub. The thru axles measure 100 x 12 mm at the front and 142 x 12 mm at the rear. The saddle is a Bontrager Aeolus Comp with steel stays and a width of 145 mm. The seatpost is a Madone aerodynamic internal carbon seat tower attachment with integrated rear light mount and a 5 mm offset.

The packaging dimensions are 21 mm wide, 119 mm high and 189 mm long.
