Trek Allant+ 9.9S Stagger

The 2021 "Allant+ 9.9S Stagger" model from Trek is a high-quality e-bike, available at a price of 6,999 EUR. The bike’s frame is made from OCLV Carbon and features a removable integrated battery (RIB) that is Range Boost-compatible. The frame is also fitted with a Motor Armor and features internal cable routing, a post-mount disc brake mount and a 12 mm thru-axle. The bike’s maximum permissible weight is 136 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 18 kg.

The brakes are Magura MT5E hydraulic 4-piston disc brakes at the front and rear, fitted with brake light switches. These brakes are designed for speed pedelecs and feature a 6-hole disc mount with a diameter of 180 mm. The gear lever is a Shimano XT M8100, 12-speed, which ensures precise gear changes. The fork is made of carbon and features a 1 1/8" carbon steerer tube with a 100 x 15 mm thru-axle and a post-mount disc brake mount.

The handlebars are Bontrager Pro Lowriser carbon handlebars with a width of 690 mm and a rise of 15 mm. The grips are Bontrager Satellite Elite with aluminium clamps. The stem is made of forged aluminium with integrated cable routing and has a length of 45 mm and a clamp width of 31.8 mm. The headset is a sealed cartridge system.

The tyres are Schwalbe Super Moto-X, size 27.5 x 2.4 with puncture protection, fitted to an Alex MD35 wheelset, which is tubeless-compatible. The hubs are Shimano Deore XT M8110 with Centre Lock disc mounts and a 15 mm thru-axle at the front, and Shimano Deore XT, 32-hole, Centre Lock disc, 12 mm thru-axle at the rear.

The saddle is a Bontrager Commuter Comp, fitted to an aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm, a 12 mm offset and a length of 330 mm. The saddle is clamped in place using a bolt-on clamp with a diameter of 36.4 mm. Aluminium mudguards, a Pletscher Comp Flex 18 kickstand and an integrated aluminium rear rack complete the specification.

The motor is a Bosch Performance Speed with a torque of 85 Nm and a maximum assisted speed of 45 km/h. The battery has a capacity of 625 Wh and is a Bosch PowerTube model. The display is a Bosch Kiox with anti-theft protection, and the charger is a Bosch standard charger rated at 4A (220–240 V).
