Stevens Jazz Forma

The "Jazz Forma" model from the "Stevens" brand, released in 2022, offers a balanced combination of comfort, functionality and reliability at a price of EUR 949. The frame is made from high-quality 6061 aluminium, ensuring a sturdy yet lightweight construction. The braking system is fitted with Tektro HD-T275 disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels, ensuring reliable braking performance. The brake discs each measure 160 mm, providing sufficient braking power in a variety of riding conditions.

The bike’s gear system is from Shimano and comprises the Alivio Trekking RD-T4000-SGS rear derailleur and the Shimano SL-M315-8R shift lever. The front derailleur is a Shimano Altus FD-M310-M3, which enables precise and smooth gear changes. The SR Suntour NEX HLO fork provides additional riding comfort by effectively absorbing bumps in the road.

For lighting, the bike is fitted with a B+M Upp front light and an AXA Juno rear light, powered by a Shimano DH-3D37 dynamo. This ensures that the lights always work reliably without the need to change batteries.

The City Reflex pedals offer good grip and safety, whilst the BSA 68 mm bottom bracket and the Shimano FC-TY501 crankset with 48-38-28 teeth ensure efficient power transfer. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG31 with 8-speed gearing, providing a wide range of gears for different riding conditions.

The handlebars are 630 mm wide Oxygen Driver bars, combined with an adjustable Oxygen Versa stem, which allows for individual adjustment of the riding position. The STEVENS MTB 1 1/8" headset contributes to stability and steering precision.

The bike rides on Oxygen RM-19 rims fitted with Schwalbe Citizen Active-Line tyres in size 47-622, offering a good balance between rolling resistance and comfort. The hubs consist of a Shimano DH-3D37 at the front and a Shimano FH-TX505 at the rear.

The Selle Royal Wave Lady saddle and the Oxygen aluminium seatpost ensure comfort even on longer rides. Additional features such as the SKS mudguards, a sturdy kickstand and a Racktime luggage rack round off the overall package, making the Stevens Jazz Forma a versatile and reliable everyday companion.
