Stevens Albis Lady

The "Albis Lady" model from Stevens, released in 2023, is a versatile and robust bicycle available for €799. The frame is made from 6061 aluminium, which provides a good balance between stability and weight. The maximum load capacity is 130 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 16 kg.

The Albis Lady’s braking system comprises Tektro STB-01 brakes at the front and rear, operated by Shimano ST-EF500 brake levers. The drivetrain features a Shimano Acera RD-M3020-8 with 24 gears, controlled by Shimano ST-EF500 shift levers. The front derailleur is a Shimano Altus FD-M310-M3. This combination ensures precise and reliable gear-changing performance.

The bike’s fork is an SR Suntour CR8-V with 50 mm of travel, which provides extra comfort on uneven roads. Lighting is provided by an AXA Compactline 20 front light and an AXA Juno rear light, powered by a Shimano DH-C3000-3N-NT dynamo.

The Albis Lady is fitted with City Reflex pedals and features a BSA 68 mm bottom bracket. The crankset consists of a Shimano FC-TY501 with 48-38-28-tooth chainrings. The cassette is a Shimano CS-HG200-8, 8-speed. The handlebars are Oxygen Pistol with a width of 610 mm, whilst the stem is adjustable and also from Oxygen Versa. The headset is a STEVENS Threaded 1 1/8".

The front and rear rims are Oxygen RM-19, 19 x 622, and the tyres are Schwalbe Citizen Active-Line, 42-622. The front hub is a Shimano Nexus DH-C3000-3N-NT, whilst the rear hub is a Formula FM-32. The saddle is a comfortable Selle Royal Wave Lady, mounted on an aluminium seatpost from Oxygen.

Additional features include SKS mudguards, a sturdy STEVENS kickstand and a Racktime luggage rack, which provides extra carrying capacity. Overall, the Stevens Albis Lady offers well-thought-out features and robust components, making it a reliable everyday companion.
