Scott Voltage YZ 0.1

The "Voltage YZ 0.1" model from Scott, released in 2024, is a high-quality dirt jump bike designed for demanding riders. The frame is made from Voltage YZ DJ 6061 aluminium with hydroformed tubes and a horizontal dropout for 135x10mm single speed. The maximum rider weight is 128 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 12 kg.

The bike is suitable for riders between 160 cm and 190 cm in height. Optimal braking performance is provided by Tektro HDM275 hydraulic disc brakes at both the front and rear, each fitted with a 160mm brake disc. The bike features a single gear and an X-Fusion Slant DJ fork with 100mm of travel, air suspension, and adjustable low-speed compression and rebound.

The spec includes Wellgo B107.N flat pedals, a Jien-Yuan BB92 bottom bracket with a 19mm axle, and SCOTT Cr-Mo 3-piece cranks with a length of 170mm and a 25T aluminium BMX chainring. Power is transmitted via a KMC Z510 chain and a 12T sprocket.

The handlebars are Syncros Hixon 2.0 Rise, 800mm wide with a 20mm rise, complemented by Syncros Pro DH Lock-On grips. The Syncros XM1.5 stem is 40mm long and has a 0° angle. The headset is a Syncros OE Press Fit E2 Tapered with dimensions of OD 50/62mm and ID 44/56mm.

The rims are Syncros MD25 Disc models with 32 stainless steel spokes in black (14G / 2.0mm). The tyres are Kenda K905 K-RAD, sized 26x2.3" with a 30 TPI clincher casing. The front hub is a Formula DC-51 with a 100x15mm thru-axle, whilst the rear hub is a Formula DC42-N with a track nut for single-speed.

The saddle is a Syncros DJ1.5 Pivotal model, as is the seatpost (31.6mm). The bike’s geometry comprises a reach of 403mm, a stack of 571mm, a seat tube length of 315mm and a top tube length of 600mm. The head tube angle is 69 degrees, the seat tube angle 71 degrees and the head tube length 120 mm. The chainstay length is 380 mm, the bottom bracket drop 15 mm and the fork offset 42 mm. The top tube height is 702mm, the fork installation height 491mm, the crank length 170mm, the wheelbase 1047mm and the bottom bracket height 324mm.

The Voltage YZ 0.1 is priced at 1,499 EUR and offers a solid spec for ambitious dirt jump riders. The packaging dimensions are 26 mm wide, 81 mm high and 138 mm long, with a gross weight of 19,060 g.
