Scott Spark RC Pro

The "Spark RC Pro" model from Scott, released in 2024, is a state-of-the-art mountain bike characterised by its advanced technology and high-quality components. The price for this model is 6999 EUR. The bike’s frame is made from Spark RC Carbon HMF and is fitted with Integrated Suspension Technology and the Flex Pivot. These technologies allow for an adjustable head tube angle and optimised cable routing via the Syncros Cable Integration System. The bike features a BB92 bottom bracket and a UDH interface, as well as a 12x148 mm axle with a 55 mm chainline.

The Spark RC Pro has a maximum permissible weight of 128 kg, whilst the bike’s kerb weight is 11 kg. It is suitable for riders between 180 cm and 190 cm in height. The braking system consists of Shimano XTR M9100 disc brakes at both the front and rear, with 180 mm and 160 mm Shimano RT-MT800 CL brake discs respectively.

The bike’s rear derailleur is a Shimano XTR RD-M9100 SGS, Shadow Plus with 12 speeds, controlled by Shimano XTR SL-M9100-IR Rapidfire Plus shift levers with Ispec EV clamps. The fork is a RockShox SID Select+ RL3 Air with a Custom Charger 3-Mode damper, offering 120 mm of travel. The rear shock is a RockShox NUDE 5 RL3 Trunnion with Scott Custom travel and geometry adjustment, also offering 120 mm of travel.

The bottom bracket is a Race Face BB92 with a diameter of 30 mm and double sealing. The crankset consists of Race Face Next SL Carbon cranks and a DM32T SHI chainring. The cassette is a Shimano XTR CS-M9100-12 with a 10–51-tooth range. Power is transmitted via a Shimano XT CN-M8100 chain.

The handlebars are Syncros Fraser iC SL XC Carbon with a -12° rise and an 8° backsweep, as well as a width of 740 mm. The grips are Syncros Performance XC Lock-On grips. The headset is a Syncros Acros Angle Adjust & Cable Routing HS System, which allows for a head angle adjustment of ±0.6°.

The bike is fitted with a Syncros Silverton 1.5-30 CL wheelset, which is tubeless-ready and features a Micro Spline hub. The tyres are Maxxis Rekon Race in size 29x2.4", also tubeless-ready and featuring EXO protection.

The saddle is a Syncros Belcarra Regular 1.5 with titanium rails, mounted on a FOX Transfer SL Performance Elite dropper post, which offers 100 mm of adjustment on sizes M, L and XL.
