Scott Roxter 26 disc

The "Roxter 26 disc" model from Scott, released in 2024, is a versatile bike characterised by its robust construction and high-quality components. The frame is a JR26 Susp Disc, made from a lightweight yet sturdy 6061 aluminium alloy with performance geometry and SCOTT dropouts. The maximum load capacity is 50 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 13 kg.

Braking performance is provided by Tektro HD-M276 hydraulic disc brakes at both the front and rear, each with 160 mm brake discs. The brake levers are specifically designed for a short reach, enabling precise and controlled braking.

The Roxter 26 disc is fitted with a Shimano Acera RD-M3020 rear derailleur and offers eight gears. Gear changes are operated via the Shimano SL-RV400-8R Revo shifter. The front derailleur is a Shimano FD-M315-TS with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The combination of the Prowheel crankset with 32 teeth and the Shimano CS-HG400 cassette with an 11–40T range ensures efficient power transfer.

The SR Suntour XCE28 suspension fork offers 100 mm of travel and is fitted with a softer spring to enhance comfort on uneven trails. The pedals are Feimin FP-803 models, fitted with reflectors to improve visibility.

The handlebars are aluminium Kids Riser Bars, 580 mm wide with a 20 mm rise. The grips are Syncros Grips Kids100/80, optimised for small hands. The stem is also made of aluminium and has a length of 50 mm and an angle of +10°. The headset is a Feimin FP-H807, which is semi-integrated and has a diameter of 1 1/8".

The rims are Syncros X-20 Disc models with 32 spokes and a black finish. The tyres are Kenda K1227 Booster, measuring 26x2.4" with a TPI of 30, fitted to both the front and rear. The hubs are from Formula: the DC-19-F model at the front and the DC-25-8-R model at the rear, both fitted with quick-release mechanisms and disc brake mounts.

The saddle is a Syncros Future Pro, mounted on an aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm and a length of 350 mm. A handy kickstand is also included.
