Scott Aspect eRIDE 930

The "Aspect eRIDE 930" model from Scott, released in 2024, is a versatile e-mountain bike that impresses with a range of technical features and specifications. The frame is made from 6061 alloy custom butted tubing and features an integrated, removable Bosch battery as well as internal cable routing. The maximum permissible weight is 128 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 25 kg.

The Aspect eRIDE 930 is designed for riders between 160 cm and 170 cm in height. It is fitted with Shimano hydraulic disc brakes (BR-MT200), which feature 180 mm brake discs at both the front (SM-RT30 CL) and rear (RT-EM300 CL) for reliable braking performance. The drivetrain consists of a Shimano RD-M5120 10-speed system, controlled by Shimano SL-M4100 shift levers.

The SR Suntour XCM34 coil fork, with 120 mm of travel and a 15x110 mm QR axle, offers comfortable suspension and features a remote lockout function. The lighting cables for the front and rear lights are pre-installed by Bosch, making it easy to retrofit lights.

The drivetrain is assisted by a Bosch Performance motor, which is limited to 25 km/h in the EU. The 625 Wh PowerTube battery ensures a long range, whilst the Bosch LED remote display allows for easy control. The charger has a output of 4A.

The bike features a Syncros 3.0 handlebar with a width of 720 mm, a rise of 12 mm and a backsweep of 9 degrees. The Syncros 3.0 stem is 70 mm long and has a 7-degree angle. The saddle is a Syncros ER2.5, mounted on a Syncros 3.0 seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm.

The wheels consist of Syncros X18 rims with stainless steel spokes, fitted with Kenda Booster tyres in size 29x2.6". The hubs are a Shimano HB-MT400-B CL at the front and a Shimano FH-MT400-B CL at the rear, both in Boost configuration.

The frame geometry comprises a seat tube length of 420 mm, a top tube length of 580 mm, a head tube angle of 68 degrees, a seat tube angle of 74 degrees and a chainstay length of 500 mm. Other dimensions include a reach of 396 mm, a stack of 644 mm and a top tube height of 780 mm.

The Aspect eRIDE 930 thus offers a balanced combination of stability, comfort and performance for discerning e-mountain bike riders and is available at a price of 3399 EUR.
