Scott Aspect 950 Cu grey

The "Aspect 950 Cu grey" model from Scott, released in 2024, is a versatile mountain bike suitable for riders between 180 cm and 190 cm tall. The frame is from the Aspect 900-700 series and is made from a special 6061 alloy custom tubing. It features a BSA73 bottom bracket, internal cable routing and a replaceable derailleur hanger.

The bike is fitted with Tektro hydraulic disc brakes (HDM275), which are equipped with 160 mm brake discs (6-bolt) at both the front and rear. The gear system is from Shimano and comprises a Shimano CUES RD-U4000-GS Shadow Type rear derailleur with 9 speeds, as well as a Shimano CUES SL-U4000-9 shifter with 2-way release. The drivetrain is supported by a KMC X11 chain.

The Suntour XCT30-HLO fork offers 100 mm of travel and features a hydraulic lockout function. The pedals are Feimin FP-873-ZU, whilst the bottom bracket is a Feimin FP.B908N BB73 with a square taper spindle. The crankset consists of a Shimano CUES FC-U4000-1 with 32 teeth, and the cassette is a Shimano CUES CS-LG400-9 with a range of 11–46 teeth.

The handlebars are Syncros 3.0 with a width of 720 mm, a rise of 12 mm and a backsweep of 9 degrees. They are complemented by a Syncros 3.0 stem with a length of 80 mm and an angle of 7 degrees. The headset is a Syncros OE Press Fit with dimensions of 1 1/8", OD 50 mm / ID 44 mm.

The rims are Syncros X-20 Disc with 32 stainless steel spokes, which are also black. The tyres are Kenda Booster, 2.4" wide with a TPI of 30. The hubs are from Formula: the DC-19 FQR Disc at the front and the DC-25 8s RQR Disc at the rear.

The saddle is a Syncros 3.0, mounted on a Syncros 3.0 seatpost with a diameter of 31.6 mm and a length of 350 mm. The total weight of the bike is approximately 20 kg.

Further technical specifications include a reach of 431 mm, a stack of 622 mm, a seat tube length of 480 mm, a top tube length of 615 mm, a head tube angle of 69 degrees and a seat tube angle of 74 degrees. The head tube length is 120 mm, the chainstay length is 450 mm, the bottom bracket drop is 60 mm and the standover height is 821 mm. The fork installation height is 501 mm and the wheelbase measures 1123 mm, whilst the bottom bracket height is 316 mm.
