Scott Addict SE

The "Addict SE" model from Scott, released in 2024, is a high-quality road bike designed for demanding riders. It is priced at 5299 EUR. The Addict SE’s frame is made from Addict Disc HMF carbon and features endurance geometry. The frame is also fitted with a replaceable derailleur hanger, internal cable routing and is pre-fitted for the Syncros mudguard kit. The bike’s maximum load capacity is 120 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 8 kg.

The recommended rider height for this model is between 175 cm and 185 cm. Braking performance is provided by Shimano BR-R8170 hydraulic disc brakes at the front and rear, each fitted with a Shimano SM-MT800 CL brake disc with a diameter of 160 mm. The drivetrain consists of a Shimano Ultegra Di2 RD-R8150-SS, a 24-speed electronic gear system, complemented by Shimano Ultegra ST-R8170 shift levers and a Shimano Ultegra Di2 FD-R8150 front derailleur.

The Addict SE’s fork is an Addict HMF Disc with an eccentric carbon steerer tube ranging from 1 1/4" to 1 1/2". The bottom bracket is a Shimano SM-BB72-41B, whilst the crankset is a Shimano Ultegra FC-R8100 Hollowtech II with 50x34 teeth. The cassette is a Shimano CS-R7100 with an 11-34 tooth range. The drivetrain is powered by a Shimano CN-M6100-12 chain.

The handlebars are aluminium Syncros Creston 2.0 Compact with a diameter of 31.8 mm, connected to a Syncros RR2.0 stem, which also has a diameter of 31.8 mm and uses four bolts. The headset is an Acros AIF-1134. The wheelset consists of DT Swiss ERC1600 SPLINE 35 mm disc wheels with 24 spokes at the front and rear, as well as a Syncros axle with a removable lever and tool.

The tyres are Schwalbe ONE Fold, sized 700x32C, fitted to both the front and rear. The saddle is a Syncros Tofino Regular 2.0 Channel, mounted on a Syncros Duncan 1.0 seatpost measuring 27.2/350 mm. The packaging dimensions are 26 mm wide, 79 mm high and 151 mm long, with a gross weight of 15000 g.

Further technical specifications include a reach of 394 mm, a stack of 593 mm, a seat tube length of 545 mm and a top tube length of 570 mm. The head tube angle is 73 degrees, the seat tube angle is 74 degrees and the head tube length is 165 mm. The chainstay length is 420 mm, the bottom bracket drop is 70 mm and the fork offset is 45 mm. The top tube height is 812 mm, the fork installation height is 395 mm and the wheelbase measures 1015 mm with a bottom bracket height of 275 mm.
