Lapierre OVV TR 6.7

The 2022 Lapierre OVV TR 6.7 is a versatile e-mountain bike designed for challenging trails and off-road riding. Priced at 5199 EUR, it offers a balanced combination of performance and features. The frame features a new Overvolt FS design with 140 mm of travel and an integrated Bosch Supreme 5 aluminium hub, which is compatible with both UDH dropouts and the mounting of kickstands and mudguards.

The braking system comprises Shimano M4100 brakes with four pistons at the front and two pistons at the rear, ensuring reliable braking performance. Gear shifting is handled by the Shimano Deore RD-M5100 11-speed rear derailleur, controlled by the matching Shimano Deore SL-M5100 shifter. The RockShox 35 Silver TK Solo Air fork, with its 140 mm travel and a 44 mm offset, offers excellent damping characteristics, whilst the Lapierre Shock Metric shock absorber, measuring 210x50 mm, provides additional control over uneven terrain.

The drivetrain is powered by the Bosch Performance Line CX Gen4 motor and a Bosch PowerTube battery with a capacity of 750 Wh, controlled via an LED remote display. The crankset is an E13 E-spec+ made of aluminium, with a length of 160 mm for sizes S/M and 165 mm for L/XL, complemented by an E13 steel chainring with 34 teeth. The cassette is a Shimano Deore CS-M5100 with an 11–51T range.

The bike features a Lapierre aluminium handlebar with a width of 760 mm and a rise of 15 mm for S/M and 30 mm for L/XL, as well as matching Lapierre grips. The stem is also by Lapierre and measures 45 mm in sizes S/M and 50 mm in L/XL. The headset is an anodised FSA NO.55R/57E model.

The wheels are fitted with Lapierre eAM+ rims, which are tubeless-ready, and Maxxis tyres: a 29x2.5 WT Minion DHF at the front and a 29x2.5 Aggressor at the rear, both featuring EXO protection and tubeless-ready. The hubs are Lapierre DA210 models, with Boost standard 15x110 mm at the front and Boost standard 12x148 mm at the rear, both featuring Centre Lock.

The Selle Royal Vivo saddle offers comfort, whilst the Lapierre dropper seatpost, with a diameter of 31.6 mm and a travel of 100 mm (S), 130 mm (M) or 150 mm (L/XL), allows for flexible adjustment. VP VPE-527 pedals round off the OVV TR 6.7’s spec, making it a robust and versatile companion for e-bike enthusiasts.
