Lapierre OVV HT 9.7 Mix

The 2022 Lapierre OVV HT 9.7 Mix is a versatile e-mountain bike that, at a price of 3999 EUR, represents excellent value for money. The bike’s frame features a new Overvolt HT Mix design, made from Bosch Supreme 5 aluminium, which is renowned for its robustness. The frame is also fitted with a UDH dropout and is ready for the fitting of a kickstand and mudguards.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano M4100 brakes with four pistons at the front and two pistons at the rear, ensuring reliable control across a variety of terrain conditions. Gear changes are handled by a Shimano Deore RD-M5100 11-speed system, which, in combination with the Shimano Deore SL-M5100 shifter, enables precise gear changes. The RockShox 35 Silver TK Coil fork, with 120 mm of travel and e-MTB-specific decals, offers comfortable suspension and is also mudguard-compatible.

The bike is fitted with VP VPE-527 pedals and a Lapierre Overvolt ISIS crankset, which comes with 155 mm (S) or 160 mm (M/L) cranks depending on frame size. The crankset is paired with an E13 steel chainring with 34 teeth. The Shimano Deore CS-M5100 cassette offers a range from 11 to 51 teeth, supported by a KMC E11 Turbo chain.

The handlebars are made from Lapierre 6061DB aluminium, measure 740 mm in width and have a rise of 30 mm with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The grips have been specially developed by Lapierre and feature a small diameter for a better grip. The stem is also by Lapierre, CNC-machined and has a 0° angle, available in lengths of 35 mm (S) and 45 mm (M/L).

The wheels are fitted with Lapierre eAM+ rims, which are tubeless-ready, and Maxxis tyres – the Minion DHF at the front and the Rekon at the rear – ensuring excellent grip and stability. The hubs are Shimano MT400 and are fitted with Boost thru-axles and Centre Lock.

The Selle Royal Vivo Women’s saddle offers comfort for longer rides, whilst the Lapierre dropper seatpost, with different travel lengths depending on frame size (80 mm for S, 100 mm for M, and 130 mm for L), also contributes to its adaptability.

At the heart of the e-bike is the Bosch Performance Line CX Gen4 motor, paired with a Bosch PowerTube battery with a capacity of 750 Wh. The Bosch LED remote display offers simple and intuitive control of the e-bike.
