Lapierre OVV HT 9.7

The 2022 Lapierre OVV HT 9.7 is an e-mountain bike that impresses with its high-quality components and well-thought-out design. The bike’s frame is made from a new Overvolt HT integrated Bosch Supreme 5 aluminium alloy, fitted with UDH dropouts and designed to accommodate both a kickstand and mudguards.

Braking performance is provided by a combination of Shimano M4100 brakes with four pistons at the front and two pistons at the rear, ensuring reliable and powerful deceleration. The drivetrain features the Shimano Deore RD-M5100, offering 11 speeds controlled via the Shimano Deore SL-M5100 shift levers.

The RockShox 35 Silver TK Coil suspension fork, with 120 mm of travel and e-MtB decals, ensures comfort and control on uneven terrain. It is also compatible with mudguards, which enhances the bike’s versatility. The pedals are VP VPE-527, and the crankset is manufactured by Lapierre itself, tailored to the frame size with a 160 mm length for S/M and 165 mm for L/XL, as well as an E13 steel chainring with 34 teeth.

The cassette is a Shimano Deore CS-M5100 with an 11-51T ratio across 11 speeds, whilst the chain is a KMC E11 Turbo. The Lapierre aluminium handlebars are 760 mm wide, with the rise varying depending on the frame size. The grips are also by Lapierre and their diameter is adapted to the frame size.

The bike features a CNC-machined Lapierre stem with a diameter of 31.8 mm and a length of 45 mm for S/M or 50 mm for L/XL. The headset is an anodised black FSA NO.55R/57E model. The rims are Lapierre eAM+ Tubeless Ready, with different dimensions depending on frame size, fitted with Maxxis tyres: Minion DHF at the front and Rekon at the rear.

The hubs are Shimano MT400 models with Boost thru-axle and Centre Lock system. The Selle Royal Vivo saddle offers comfort, whilst the Lapierre dropper seatpost features variable drop depending on frame size.

The bike is powered by a Bosch Performance Line CX Gen4 motor, which is powered by a Bosch PowerTube battery with a capacity of 750 Wh. The display is an LED Remote model, which allows for easy control.
