The 2021 "OVERVOLT TR 4.5 W" model from Lapierre is a versatile e-mountain bike built around a robust frame made from Yamaha Supreme 5 Alloy. The frame is specifically designed for the Yamaha PW ST system and offers 120 mm of suspension travel, ensuring a comfortable ride across a wide variety of terrain. The Suntour XCR 34 Air fork, with 130 mm of travel and black stanchions, complements the suspension system and enables precise handling and damping.

Braking performance is provided by the Shimano MT401 brakes, which perform reliably in every situation. The gear system is provided by the Shimano Deore RD M5100 11-speed system, which, in combination with the Shimano Deore CS M5100 sprocket (11-51T) and the KMC e11 Sport EPT chain, ensures smooth and efficient power transfer. The Lapierre Overvolt Yamaha crankset, featuring a 32T narrow-wide chainring and a length of 170 mm, is optimally matched to the drivetrain.

The hubs are supplied by Lapierre by Fastace with Boost Thru Axle technology, which enhances the bike’s stability and robustness. The saddle is a Lapierre by Velo model which, together with the Lapierre dropper seatpost (with a diameter of 31.6 mm and a travel of 100 mm for size S or 130 mm for M, L, XL), ensures flexibility and comfort.

The bike’s drivetrain is powered by the Yamaha PW ST system with an integrated 500 Wh battery, providing sufficient range for longer rides. An LCD display shows the rider all key ride data and the battery level.
