Lapierre Overvolt HT 8.7 High

The 2023 "Overvolt HT 8.7 High" model from Lapierre is a high-performance e-bike available for 4299 EUR. The frame is made from the robust Overvolt Bosch Supreme 5 Alloy, giving the bike a total weight of 20 kg. Braking performance is provided by Shimano MT400 hydraulic brakes, which ensure reliable and controlled deceleration. The drivetrain is fitted with a Shimano Deore RD-M5120, which, in combination with the Shimano Deore M4100 shifter, enables precise gear selection across the 10 available gears.

The front fork is an SR Suntour XCR 34 COIL LO-R DS with 120 mm of travel, providing comfort and control on uneven terrain. The pedals are VP VPE-527, whilst the crankset from Samox is available in different lengths (160 mm for S/M and 165 mm for L/XL). The Shimano CS-M4100 cassette, with a 11–46T range, completes the drivetrain, which is rounded off by the KMC e10 Sport Silver-black chain.

The handlebars, made from Lapierre Alloy 6061 DB, are 760 mm wide and feature a different rise depending on frame size (15 mm for S/M and 30 mm for L/XL). The grips are also by Lapierre, and vary in size to accommodate different hand sizes. The stem is a CNC-machined model from Lapierre, with a length of 45 mm (S/M) or 50 mm (L/XL).

The wheelset features Shimano MT400 hubs and LP DB-X40 rims, with the front hub measuring 15x110 and the rear 12x148. Both are fitted with the Centre Lock system. The saddle is a Selle Royal Vivo, mounted on an aluminium seatpost with a diameter of 34.9 mm and a length of 400 mm.

The e-bike is powered by the Bosch Performance Line CX motor, which provides assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h. The integrated Bosch Powertube battery has a capacity of 750 Wh and, together with the Bosch LED remote display, ensures user-friendly control and monitoring of ride data.
