The 2023 KTM ULTRA SPORT 29 is a mountain bike that stands out for its high-quality components and excellent value for money. Priced at 1199 EUR, this model offers a solid foundation for ambitious leisure riders and those new to mountain biking.

The frame of the ULTRA SPORT 29 is made from a robust 29" 6061 alloy MTB construction (M-1110), which ensures stability and durability. The maximum load capacity is 115 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs in at 13 kg, making it a lightweight yet robust companion.

Braking performance is provided by Shimano MT201 / MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with 2-piston technology, which ensure reliable deceleration in a variety of conditions. The drivetrain is fitted with the Shimano Deore M6100-12 SGS shadow+, which enables precise and smooth gear changes. This is supported by the Shimano Deore M6100-12 shift lever.

The wheel combination consists of a KTM Line – Shimano HB-MT200 CL 32H 100 QR / KTM 28" Sport 32H at the front; 622x22, and at the rear, a KTM Line – Shimano FH-MT401 CL 32H 135 QR / KTM 28" Sport 32H; 622x22, each fitted with black Richman 2.0 INOX spokes. The tyres are Maxxis Rekon Race EXO 57-622, which are known for their good grip and durability.

The saddle is a KTM Comp MTB Sport, mounted on a KTM Comp seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm. The saddle is clamped using a KTM Line clamp QR with a diameter of 31.8 mm.
