KTM SCARP MT PRIME

The "SCARP MT PRIME" model from KTM, released in 2022, is a state-of-the-art mountain bike designed specifically for demanding riders. Priced at 7099 EUR, it features a wide range of high-quality components and first-class specifications. The frame is made from Scarp 29" Premium Carbon, which not only ensures a low overall weight of 10 kg but also guarantees high stability and durability. The bike’s maximum load capacity is 112 kg.

The SCARP MT PRIME’s braking system comprises Shimano Deore XT M8100 brakes with 2-piston calipers and Shimano MT800 CL 160 brake discs featuring Freeza technology, fitted to both the front and rear. This guarantees reliable and powerful braking performance in all conditions. The drivetrain is a SRAM XX1 Eagle AXS 12-speed system, controlled by the SRAM GX Eagle AXS controller. This electronic drivetrain enables precise and rapid gear changes.

The bike’s suspension comprises a FOX 34 Float SC 29" Factory fork with 120 mm of travel and a FOX Float DPS Factory rear shock, both featuring remote control. This ensures excellent damping and control on rough terrain. The crankset is a SRAM GX Eagle Carbon DUB with a 32-tooth chainring, and the cassette is a SRAM GX Eagle XG-1275 with a range of 10–52 teeth, offering a wide variety of gear ratios.

The handlebars are KTM Prime Carbon flat, 740 mm wide, combined with KTM Team silicone grips and a KTM Prime MTB stem with a 6° angle. The headset is a KTM Team drop/in 1.1/8"-1.5". The tyres are Maxxis Rekon EXO/TR, size 62-622, fitted to both the front and rear. The wheelset consists of KTM Prime Carbon Trail 29 CL rims, manufactured by DT Swiss, featuring thru-axles (110/15TA at the front and 148/12TA at the rear).

The saddle is a Selle San Marco Aspide Short Open Fit Narrow, which ensures a high level of comfort, whilst the seatpost is a KTM Prime Carbon Zero measuring 30.9/400.
