KTM PROWLER EXONIC

The 2021 "PROWLER EXONIC" model from KTM is a high-quality mountain bike designed for demanding riders. It is available at a price of 7,449 EUR and offers an impressive combination of advanced technology and top-class components.

The PROWLER EXONIC’s frame is made from Performance Carbon and is specifically designed for 29-inch wheels. It offers 150 mm of suspension travel, ensuring excellent stability and control across a variety of terrains. The bike’s fork is a FOX 36 Float 29" Factory with 160 mm of travel and GRIP2 damping, featuring a Kashima coating to minimise friction and increase durability. The rear shock is a FOX Float DPX2 Factory with 3-position adjustment and dimensions of 230x65 mm, allowing for precise adaptation to different riding conditions.

For the brakes, KTM relies on the Shimano XTR M9100/M9120 system with 4-piston calipers, which deliver powerful and reliable braking performance. The gear system and drivetrain are also from the Shimano XTR M9100-12 series. The Shimano XTR M9100-12 shifter enables precise and rapid gear changes, whilst the Shimano XTR M9100-12 cassette offers a range of 10–51 teeth, ensuring an optimal gear ratio for various terrain conditions. The crankset is the Shimano XTR M9120 with a 32T chainring.

The handlebars are KTM Prime Trail35 Carbon Rizer with a width of 800 mm, which, together with the ergonomic Ergon GE10 Evo grips, ensure comfort and control. The stem is a KTM Team Trail35, and the headset is the KTM Prime drop/in, measuring 1.1/8"-1.5".

The tyres are Maxxis Minion DHR II EXO/TR, size 62-622, which provide excellent grip and stability. The wheelset consists of Mavic Crossmax Carbon XLR 29 CL, with a 110-15TA axle at the front and a 148-12TA axle at the rear, both with a rim diameter of 622x30TSS UST.

The saddle is an Ergon SM10 Sport Men, which has been specially developed for male riders to offer maximum comfort. The seatpost is a FOX Transfer Factory with internal cable routing, allowing for easy height adjustment.
