KTM PROWLER 1964

The "PROWLER 1964" model from KTM, released in 2021, is a high-quality mountain bike characterised by its robust construction and first-class specifications. The bike’s frame is made from Prowler 29” Alloy 6061, features triple-butted tubing and is fitted with an SLL-LT 150mm suspension. The model is available for €2,649.

The PROWLER 1964’s braking system utilises the tried-and-tested Shimano M4100 for the rear brakes and MT420 4-piston calipers for the front brakes, ensuring reliable and powerful braking performance. The front brake disc is a Shimano RT64 CL measuring 203/180 mm.

The SRAM SX Eagle 12-speed system is used for gear changes, which, in combination with the SRAM SX Eagle trigger shifters, enables precise and rapid gear selection. The fork is a RockShox 35 Silver TK 29" with 160 mm of travel and a 15x110 mm axle, providing excellent shock absorption. The rear shock is a FOX Float DPX2 Performance with a 3-position adjustment and dimensions of 230x65 mm.

The crankset consists of the SRAM SX Eagle DUB with a 30T chainring, whilst the cassette is a SRAM SX Eagle PG-1210 with a 11–50-tooth range. The drivetrain is completed by the SRAM NX Eagle 12s system.

The handlebar set comprises the KTM Team Trail35 Rizer25, 800 mm wide, with ergonomic Ergon GE10 Evo grips. The stem is the KTM Team Trail35, and the headset is the KTM Team drop/in with dimensions of 1.1/8"-1.5".

The tyres are Schwalbe Big Betty Perf. Bike Park, size 62-622, fitted to a wheelset comprising KTM Line – Shimano MT400B CL 32H hubs and Ambrosio E30 Trail rims. The spokes are DT Champion 2.0 in black.

The saddle is an Ergon SM10, mounted on a KTM Comp Dropper seatpost, which is internally routed and provides additional comfort and adjustability.
