KTM MACINA TEAM 673

The "MACINA TEAM 673" model from KTM, released in 2022, is a versatile e-mountain bike available for 3,499 EUR. The frame is made from Macina MTB 27.5" Alloy 6061 and is fitted with a Bosch PowerTube 625Wh battery, which is integrated into the fourth-generation Bosch Performance CX motor. This motor delivers up to 85 Nm of torque and assists at speeds of up to 25 km/h. The bike’s total weight is 24 kg, and the maximum permissible weight is 143 kg.

The bike is fitted with high-quality components that ensure reliable and powerful performance. The brakes consist of Shimano MT200 2-piston systems, combined with Shimano RT30 CL 180 brake discs at the front and EM300 CL 180 brake discs at the rear. The gear system is provided by the Shimano Deore M4120-10 SGS Shadow system, whilst the shift levers are Shimano Deore M4100-10 Display models.

The front suspension is provided by a Suntour XCM 34 coil 27.5" fork with 100mm travel and a 15x110 tapered axle standard. The pedal system consists of VP-195E aluminium MTB pedals. The crankset is a KTM COMP ISIS with a length of 170mm and a Q-factor of 16. The cassette is a Shimano Deore M4100-10 with a range of 11–42 teeth, and the drivetrain is supported by a KMC e10 EPT chain for e-bikes.

The bike’s handlebars are KTM Comp Rizer15, 700mm wide, complemented by KTM Comp Lock grips and a KTM Comp stem with a 7° angle. The headset is a KTM Team MTB 1.1/8"-1.5" Angle Limit. The tyres are Schwalbe Johnny Watts Performance DD RaceGuard, size 60-584, fitted to both the front and rear.

The front wheelset consists of a combination of KTM Line – Shimano MT410B CL 32H hubs and Ryde Rival30 rims with DT Champion 2.0 black spokes, whilst the rear wheelset consists of a combination of KTM Line - Shimano MT400B CL 32H hubs and Ryde Rival30 rims with DT Alpine II 2.34 black spokes. The saddle is a KTM Line Sport model, fitted to a KTM Comp seatpost measuring 30.9/350.

The bike features a Bosch PURION LCD display for controlling and displaying the motor functions, and the battery is charged using the Bosch COMPACT Charger 2A. Overall, the MACINA TEAM 673 offers a balanced combination of performance, comfort and reliability for discerning e-mountain bike riders.
