KTM MACINA RACE 592 GLORIOUS

The "MACINA RACE 592 GLORIOUS" model from KTM, released in 2023, is a high-quality e-mountain bike characterised by its high-performance components and robust construction. The bike’s frame is constructed from a Macina MTB 29" Alloy 6061 design and houses a Bosch PowerTUBE battery with a capacity of 500 Wh, which is integrated horizontally. The Bosch PERFORMANCE CX Gen.4 motor, with 85 Nm of torque, assists the rider up to a speed of 25 km/h.

The bike’s maximum load capacity is 142 kg, whilst its kerb weight is 22 kg. Reliable braking performance is provided by the Shimano MT200 brakes with 2-piston technology. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano Alivio M3100-9 SGS shadow system, controlled via the Shimano Alivio M3100-9 shifter with display. With 100 mm of travel and a 15x100 mm axle, the Suntour XCM 32 coil fork offers solid suspension and stability on uneven terrain.

The bike is fitted with VP-195E aluminium MTB pedals and features a KTM E-COMP ISIS crankset with a length of 170 mm and a Q-factor of 16. The cassette is a Shimano HG201-9 with a range of 11–36 teeth. The drivetrain is powered by the Shimano E6070-9 e-bike system.

The bike’s rims consist of a combination of KTM Line – Shimano MT400 components and Ryde Rival30 rims with a width of 622x30C, laced with DT Champion 2.0 and DT Alpine II spokes. The tyres are Schwalbe Smart Sam K-Guard models in size 57-622, which provide optimum grip at both the front and rear.

The saddle is an ergonomic KTM Line Sport, mounted on a KTM COMP II seatpost measuring 30.9/400 mm, secured by a KTM Line JD-SC99 seatpost clamp with a diameter of 34.9 mm.
