The “MACINA CHACANA 591” model from KTM, released in 2023, is a high-quality e-mountain bike characterised by its robust construction and advanced technology. The price for this model is 4599 EUR.

The bike’s frame is made from Macina Chacana 29" Alloy6061 SLL-E with 125 mm of suspension travel and is compatible with the Bosch Gen.4 motor. The maximum permissible weight is 144 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 24 kg.

For the brakes, KTM has opted for Shimano MT401 / MT420 4-piston brakes, which ensure reliable stopping power. Gear changes are handled by a Shimano Deore M5120-11/10 SGS shadow+ system, controlled by Shimano Deore M4100-10 shift levers. The handlebars are KTM COMP II Trail35 Rizer15 with a width of 760mm and are complemented by KTM Comp Lock grips. The stem is a KTM TEAM II Trail35 model, and the headset is an Acros AICR internal 1.1/8"-1.5" angle limit.

The wheel combination consists of KTM Line – Shimano MT410B CL 32H 110-15TA / Ryde Rival30 32H 622x30C / DT Champion 2.0 black at the front and KTM Line - Shimano MT400B CL 32H 148-12TA / Ryde Rival30 32H 622x30C / DT Alpine II 2.34 black. Both tyres are Schwalbe Smart Sam K-Guard 60-622.

The saddle is a KTM Line Sport model, mounted on a KTM COMP II 30.9/400 seatpost with a KTM Line JD-SC140A saddle clamp – 35.0 mm.

The bike is powered by a Bosch PERFORMANCE CX Gen.4 SMART SYSTEM motor, which provides assistance up to a speed of 25 km/h and a torque of 85 Nm. The battery has a capacity of 750 Wh and is a Bosch PowerTUBE SMART SYSTEM, integrated horizontally. A Bosch LED remote SMART SYSTEM display is used to show information, and the battery is charged using a Bosch STANDARD Charger 4A SMART SYSTEM charger.
