The “Reaction Hybrid Performance 500 iridium’n’green” model from Cube, released in 2021, is a versatile e-mountain bike available for €2,249. It combines robust construction with advanced technology, thereby offering optimum performance across a range of riding conditions.

The bike’s frame is made from Superlite aluminium with Gravity Casting and Agile Ride Geometry, ensuring high stability and agile handling. The frame features a tapered headtube and internal cable routing, which ensures a clean look and protects the cables. The rims are CUBE EX23, 32H, disc, tubeless-ready, fitted with Schwalbe Smart Sam tyres in size 2.35, which provide good grip and puncture protection. The hubs are a Shimano HB-TX505 at the front and a Shimano FH-TX505 at the rear, both with quick-release skewers and Centre Lock brake disc mounts.

The saddle is a Natural Fit Sequence, mounted on a CUBE Performance seatpost with a diameter of 30.9 mm. The saddle is clamped using a CUBE Varioclose clamp with a diameter of 34.9 mm.

The bike is powered by a Bosch Drive Unit Performance Generation 3 motor with 65 Nm of torque and an output of 250 watts. Power is supplied by a Bosch PowerTube 500 battery. The display is a Bosch Purion, which clearly shows all the key information.
