The "Axial WS greyrose´n´blush" model from Cube, released in 2024, is a high-quality yet affordable road bike which, at a price of 949 EUR, represents an attractive option for ambitious beginners and advanced female cyclists. The frame is made from 6061 T6 Superlite aluminium and, thanks to its Road Comfort Geometry, offers a comfortable riding position, ideal for longer rides. The frame also features options for mudguards and quick-release dropouts. The maximum rider weight is 115 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs just 10 kg.

The Axial WS is fitted with Tektro MD-C510 flat-mount disc brakes, with 160 mm rotors at the front and rear, ensuring reliable braking power in a variety of conditions. The derailleur is a Shimano Claris RD-R2000-GS with 8 speeds, which, in combination with the Shimano Claris FD-R2000-BM front derailleur and the Shimano CS-HG31 (11-34T) to enable precise and smooth gear changes. The crankset is also from Shimano (Claris FC-R2000) and has a gear ratio of 50x34T, whilst the bottom bracket is the Shimano BB-RS500 model.

The Axial WS features a full-carbon CUBE CSL Race Disc fork with a tapered head tube (1 1/8" – 1 1/4") and flat-mount brake mount, ensuring agile and precise handling. The rims are CUBE RA 1.9 Disc models, combined with Conti Ultra Sport 3 tyres in size 28-622, which provide good grip and low rolling resistance. The hubs are from Shimano (HB-TX506) and are fitted with a quick-release (QR) system and a 6-bolt mount.

The handlebars are CUBE Compact Race Bars, which, together with ACID Bartape RD handlebar tape, ensure comfort and control. The stem is a CUBE Performance Stem SLX with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The headset consists of a VP Z-t, Top Zero-Stack 1 1/8" (OD 44 mm) and a Bottom Integrated 1 1/4". The saddle is a CUBE Natural Fit Venec Lite WS, mounted on a CUBE Performance seatpost (27.2 mm). The saddle is clamped in place using a CUBE Screwlock with a diameter of 31.8 mm.
