The sporty riding position and the narrow, compact handlebars - apart from the clunky levers - were also immediately appealing. In terms of technology, the racer is state-of-the-art, and the hydraulic disc brakes are particularly impressive.
PLUS powerful brakes, comfortable handlebars, soft and grippy handlebar tape, good suspension comfort, good rolling tyres
MINUS Seat post cannot be clamped securely (reason for complaint), wheels can only be removed with tools
wheels can only be removed with tools, brake levers are uncomfortable for small hands
Conclusion Annina: Cool and stylish bike with a nice sporty ride. I was impressed by the brakes.
Conclusion Manuela: Visually extreme, but absolutely successful. The seat is quite sporty and the bike worked perfectly.
Rating in the TOUR test lab: overall grade 1.8
