Cube Attain SLX grey´n´black

The "Attain SLX grey’n’black" model from Cube, released in 2023, is a high-quality road bike available for €1,599. The frame is made from 6061 T6 Superlite aluminium, which is double-butted and features smooth welds. It is fitted with 3D Flat Mount disc brake dropouts and features Road Comfort geometry, as well as the option to fit mudguards. The frame is designed for a maximum load of 115 kg, and the bike itself weighs just 9 kg.

For the brakes, Cube has opted for the Shimano 105 BR-R7070 hydraulic disc brake system, which features flat mounts and 160 mm brake discs at the front and rear. The drivetrain comprises the Shimano 105 RD-R7000-DGS with 11 speeds, controlled by Shimano 105 ST-R7020 shift levers. The front derailleur is a Shimano 105 FD-R7000 with a 31.8 mm clamp.

The Attain SLX’s fork is made entirely of carbon and is designated the CUBE CSL Race Disc. It has a tapered steerer tube measuring 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" and is also fitted with flat mounts, as well as a 12x100 mm thru-axle. The crankset is a Shimano 105 FC-R7000 with a chainring ratio of 50x34T, whilst the cassette is a Shimano 105 CS-HG700 with a 11-34T range. Power is transmitted via a Shimano CN-HG600-11 chain.

The cockpit consists of a CUBE Compact Race Bar handlebar, wrapped in ACID RD bar tape, and a CUBE Performance Stem SLX with a diameter of 31.8 mm. The headset is a VP Z-t, Top Zero-Stack 1 1/8" (OD 44 mm), Bottom Integrated 1 1/4".

The tyres are Conti Ultra Sport 3 SL with Kevlar reinforcement, size 28-622, fitted to a CUBE RA 1.9 Aero Disc wheelset. The saddle is a Natural Fit Nuance model, fitted to a CUBE Performance Post seatpost with a diameter of 27.2 mm, secured by a CUBE Screwlock seatpost clamp with a diameter of 31.8 mm.

For shipping, the bike has a packaging width of 240 mm, a height of 780 mm and a length of 1400 mm. The gross weight, including packaging, is 12,600 g.
