Cannondale Topstone Carbon 4

The 2024 "Topstone Carbon 4" model from Cannondale is a versatile and powerful gravel bike that is characterised by its high-quality components and innovative technology. With a price tag of EUR 3499, the Topstone Carbon 4 offers impressive equipment that is suitable for both demanding tours and everyday use.

The frame of the Topstone Carbon 4 is made of BallisTec Carbon and is equipped with the Kingpin suspension system, which provides additional comfort on uneven terrain. The frame has a 12x142 Speed Release thru-axle and is compatible with a dropper seatpost. In addition, the direct cable routing enables clean and efficient shifting performance.

The braking system consists of Shimano GRX 800 hydraulic disc brakes with 160 mm RT70 rotors at the front and rear, which provide reliable braking power in all weather conditions. The cockpit of the bike consists of a Cannondale 3 handlebar made of butted 6061 aluminium with a flare drop of 16 degrees and Cannondale bar tape with a thickness of 3.5mm for additional comfort. The stem is a Cannondale 2 made of 6061 aluminium with an angle of 7 degrees. The integrated headset ensures precise steering and stable handling.

The wheels consist of WTB KOM Light i23 TCS rims with 28 spokes, which are tubeless-ready and ensure better puncture resistance. The tyres are WTB Riddler TCS Light in the size 700x37c, also tubeless-ready, which provides additional grip and comfort on various surfaces. The hubs are Formula ball bearings with centrelock brake disc mounts and thru-axles (12x100mm front and 12x142mm rear).

The saddle is a Fizik Aliante Delta with S-alloy rails, which ensures a high level of comfort even on long rides. The seatpost is a Cannondale 2 made of UD carbon with the dimensions 27.2x350mm, which contributes to the lightness and stability of the bike.
