Bergamont Grandurance Elite

The "Grandurance Elite" model from the "Bergamont" brand, released in 2022, is a versatile and high-performance bicycle that stands out in particular for its high-quality components and modern technology. The bike’s frame is made from 28” ultra-lite HSC carbon, which reduces the total weight to just 9 kg whilst offering high stability. The maximum load capacity is 110 kg, ensuring robust and long-lasting use.

The Grandurance Elite’s braking system is fitted with Shimano GRX hydraulic disc brakes, BR-RX810, which, in combination with the Shimano GRX ST-RX810 brake levers and a Shimano RT-MT800 front brake disc (160 mm), ensure reliable and precise braking. Gear changes are handled by the Shimano GRX RD-RX812 Shadow Plus system, which offers a 1x11-speed drivetrain and is controlled by the Shimano GRX ST-RX810 shift levers. The left-hand shifter is also designed to operate the dropper post.

The bike’s fork is the BGM Allroad Carbon, featuring a carbon steerer tube, a 12x100 mm axle and a mount for mudguards. The bottom bracket is a Shimano BB-RS500, press-fit, and the crankset consists of a Shimano GRX FC-RX810 with a 42t chainring. The cassette is a Shimano Deore XT, CS-M8000, with an 11–40t range, and the drivetrain is completed by a KMC X11 chain.

The handlebars are Satori X-Race Aero with a 16° flare, whilst the grips are made from BGM Race Grip-Tape, which is non-slip and shock-absorbing. The stem is a Satori Viper with a -7° angle. The headset is an Acros ZS56, A-Headset, semi-integrated and tapered.

The rims are Syncros Capital 2.0 Disc, fitted with Schwalbe G-One Bite Evo tyres, which are foldable and Tubeless-Easy, and measure 45-622. The hubs are BGM Allroad Centrelock Disc with a 12x100 mm axle at the front and a 12x142 mm axle at the rear. The spokes are double-butted, made of stainless steel and finished in black.

The saddle is a Syncros Tofino 2.5 and the seatpost is a Syncros Duncan Dropper Post with a 100 mm adjustment range (80 mm for frame size ‘50’), which is remotely operated via STI shift levers. The bike is supplied without pedals.
