Bergamont Grandurance 4

The "Grandurance 4" model from the "Bergamont" brand from 2022 offers a balanced mix of performance and comfort at a price of EUR 1199. The frame of the bike is made of ultra-light AL-6061 aluminium and has a size of 28 inches. With a total weight of only 11 kg and a permissible total weight of 115 kg, the Grandurance 4 is both light and robust.

The brakes are mechanical disc brakes from Shimano (BR-R317), which are operated by Shimano Sora brake levers (ST-R3000). The front brake disc has a diameter of 160 mm (Shimano SM-RT54). Shifting is provided by a Shimano Sora rear derailleur (RD-R3000) with a long cage, combined with Shimano Sora shifters (ST-R3000), which enable 2x9-speed shifting. The front derailleur is also a Shimano Sora (FD-R3000).

The fork is made from Grandurance Alloy and has quick-release skewers and mounting options for mudguards. The bottom bracket is a Shimano Hollowtech II with BSA thread, and the crankset is a Shimano Sora (FC-R3000) with 50/34 teeth. The sprocket is a Shimano CS-HG201-9 with a gradation of 11-34 teeth, and the drive is provided by a KMC X9 chain.

The handlebars are a Satori X-Race with a 16° flare, and the grips are non-slip BGM Race Grip-Tape. The stem is a Syncros RR2.5 with an angle of +/- 6°. The headset system is a Prestine F13-C, semi-integrated and tapered.

The rims are Shining DB-T260 for disc brakes and the tyres are Schwalbe G-One Allround with Raceguard technology in size 35-622. The hubs are from BGM Pro, also for disc brakes with quick releases. The spokes are made of black stainless steel.

The saddle is a Syncros Tofino 2.5, mounted on a Syncros 2.5 seat post. The model is supplied without pedals.

The Grandurance 4 therefore offers comprehensive equipment that is suitable for both sporty rides and longer tours and represents an attractive option in the all-road and gravel bike segment.
