The "E-Horizon N8 CB 500 Wave black" model from Bergamont, released in 2022, is a high-quality e-bike designed for a wide range of uses. It is available at a price of 2,999 EUR. The e-bike’s frame is made from a lightweight AL-6061 tube set and is designed for 28-inch wheels. The integrated Bosch PowerTube battery ensures a clean, uncluttered look and a low centre of gravity. The maximum permissible weight is 140 kg, whilst the bike itself weighs 27 kg.

Safe braking is ensured by Shimano hydraulic disc brakes (BR-MT200) with an SM-RT10/SM-RT60C rotor setup, comprising a 180 mm front brake disc and a 160 mm rear brake disc. The brake levers are also by Shimano (BL-MT201), ensuring reliable and precise braking performance.

Curana Apollo mudguards with stainless steel struts and an SKS Chainblade chain guard provide additional protection in adverse weather conditions. The Atran kickstand ensures the bike stands securely, whilst the luggage rack (Racktime / BGM Trekking Pro) with integrated mudguard mounts provides additional carrying capacity.

The e-bike is powered by a third-generation Bosch Drive Unit Active Line Plus motor with an output of 250 W and a voltage of 36 V, enabling a maximum speed of 25 km/h. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube with a capacity of 500 Wh, and the system is controlled via the Bosch Purion display. A Bosch Compact Charger with 2A is used for charging.
