Bergamont E-Horizon FS Expert 600 pale green/black/copper

The "E-Horizon FS Expert 600" model from Bergamont, released in 2020, features a stylish colour combination of pale green, black and copper and offers a host of technical highlights at a price of 4,499 EUR. The frame is made from an ultra-light AL-6061 tube set, which was specially developed for 28-inch wheels and features an integrated PowerTube battery as well as 80 mm of suspension travel. The e-bike weighs a total of 26 kg.

Reliable braking performance is provided by Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes with SM-RT10 rotors, each measuring 180 mm in diameter at both the front and rear. The Shimano BL-MT200 brake levers complete the system. The drivetrain consists of a Shimano SLX RD-M7000 Shadow Plus rear derailleur with a 1x11-speed Rapidfire Plus SL-M7000 shifter. This configuration enables precise and rapid gear changes.

The Suntour Mobie 25 air fork, with 100 mm of travel and a 15x100 mm axle, and the Suntour UNAir R8 rear shock, with 80 mm of travel and a lockout function, offer optimum riding comfort across a wide variety of terrain. Lighting is provided by the B&M IQ-XS front light with a 70 lux LED and the B&M Toplight 2 C LED rear light, ensuring good visibility and safety.

The bottom bracket is from Bosch and is fitted with an FSA CK-320 crankset with 38 teeth. The Shimano SLX CS-M7000 cassette has a range of 11–42 teeth. The drivetrain is completed by a KMC e11S chain. The handlebars are BGM Pro Riser handlebars with a 15° rise and a height of 5 mm, whilst the grips are Ergon GP10. The stem is adjustable between 17° and 25°.

The wheelsets consist of Mach 1 ER20 rims, which are eyeleted, and Schwalbe Hurricane tyres with Addix compound and reflective strips (57-622). The front and rear hubs are by Shimano: VR HB-MT400 and HR FH-MT400, both Centre Lock disc-compatible. Sapim Leader spokes complete the bike.

The Ergon ST10 saddle and the BGM Pro seatpost provide additional comfort. Racktime Wingee mudguards, a Syncros kickstand and a BGM / Racktime luggage rack are also included.

The E-Horizon FS Expert 600 is powered by a fourth-generation Bosch Drive Unit Performance Line CX Cruise motor with an output of 250 W and a voltage of 36 V. This motor provides assistance up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h. The Bosch PowerTube battery has a capacity of 625 Wh, providing sufficient power for long rides. The Bosch Intuvia display offers a user-friendly interface for controlling the electric assistance and displaying key ride data.
