Bergamont E-Horizon Edition Amsterdam

The "E-Horizon Edition Amsterdam" model from Bergamont, released in 2022, is a high-quality e-bike which, at a price of EUR 3,299, is positioned in the upper mid-range. The frame is made from 28" ultra-lite AL-6061 tubing and elegantly and functionally integrates the Bosch PowerTube battery. With a maximum permissible weight of 140 kg and a kerb weight of 25 kg, the E-Horizon Edition Amsterdam offers high load-bearing capacity and stability.

Braking performance is provided by the Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brake system, complemented by the Shimano BL-MT200 brake levers. The brake discs measure 180 mm at the front and 160 mm at the rear (Shimano SM-RT10), ensuring reliable and controlled deceleration. The gear system consists of a Shimano Deore RD-M4120 Shadow rear derailleur, combined with the Shimano Deore SL-M4100 shifter, which enables 1x10-speed shifting.

The stem is also from BGM Pro and is adjustable, allowing for individual customisation of the riding position.

The headset is an FSA NO.57SC-1 A-Headset, semi-integrated and tapered. The rims are Ryde Rival 23 disc with eyelets, fitted with Schwalbe Energizer Active Plus tyres with reflective strips in size 47-622. The hubs are Shimano HB-MT200, Centre Lock, disc, with quick-release front and rear. The spokes are Sapim Leader.

The saddle is a Selle Royal Essenza designed specifically for women, mounted on a BGM Pro seatpost. The mudguards are Racktime Wingee, and the chain guard is an SKS Chainbooster. An Atran kickstand ensures the bike stands securely, whilst the Racktime/BGM Trekking Pro luggage rack, featuring the Snapit 2.0 system and an integrated mudguard mount, offers practical transport options.

Power is provided by the Bosch Performance Line Cruise motor (Generation 3), which, with an output of 250 W at 36 V, assists up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h. The battery is a Bosch PowerTube featuring 36 V Li-ion technology and a capacity of 625 Wh. The display is a Bosch Purion, and the charger is a Bosch Compact Charger with 2 A.
