The Add.All universal bike rack from Contec creates storage space on the bike where there normally isn't any. We have tried it out.

With the Contec universal holder made of plastic and rubber, items such as tools, water bottles, air pumps or a small folded item of clothing can be attached to the road bike - up to a diameter of just under eight centimetres according to the manufacturer's recommendation.

Similar to a rear light, the holder is attached to the frame or seat post, which should have a diameter of at least 31.8 millimetres, using a rubber band. Alternatively, it also fits on bottle cage threads. Full plastic drinking bottles with a capacity of 0.75 litres are held securely in place by the two rubber bands, but heavier items with a smooth surface can easily twist.
