The British manufacturer Restrap has made a name for itself in the bikepacking scene. We put the complete set of Race Saddle Bag, Race Frame Bag Large, Bolt-On Top Tube Bag and Race Bar Bag through their paces.

Restrap delivers a set that is one of the lightest in the test with a total weight of just 900 grams - and impresses with well thought-out details such as magnetic fasteners and the clever compartmentalisation of the frame bag. The bags are from the Race series and are designed for races and fast tours where little luggage is required: with a total volume of 19.4 litres, the set is correspondingly more compact than its heavier competitors. Assembly is quick and easy, which saves time on the road. One small drawback: the material rustles audibly. The set price of 468 euros is a sporty price. The set score is 1.8.
