You normally take a spare inner tube with you - but two punctures on one tour are not out of the question. It's good to have some puncture repair kit with you.
In addition to six self-adhesive patches, the Lever Kit from Lezyne also contains two tyre levers that are long and strong enough to lift even tight-fitting tyres from the rim. In our experience, Lezyne patches are not suitable for every type of inner tube or puncture. With very thin lightweight inner tubes, the puncture often results in a rather elongated tear instead of a small round hole. However, at a pressure of seven bar in the inner tube, the small rubber patches do not adhere enough to seal such a tear. However, normal inner tubes seal the patches reliably.
